Leaders MUST:
- Complete risk assessments for activities in the programme
- Distribute risk assessments via OSM activities (informs parents)
- Conduct a dynamic assessment and update the risk assessment on the day as required
- Explain the risks and precautions to fellow leaders, assistants and helpers on the day of the activity
